Aspiration

Thanks to the specifically designed aspiration plants, Wirtech AG provides for a clean working environment.Where bulk material is conveyed or processed, dust is produced. If the bulk material falls into an enclosed room (depot, machine), there is also an air current which produces an overpressure. The dust escapes through leaky points (connecting parts, doors, etc.) into the environment. In order to prevent this escape of dust, a partial vacuum is created in the bulk material container, through aspiration. The extracted air is delivered to a filter, where it is cleaned and particles of the bulk material are eliminated for recovery.
