Wood Pellet Plants

Heating with wood pellets is more environmentally friendly and is, financially, more interesting than oil or gas. The demand for this technology is increasing. Heating with wood pellets means indigenous, CO2 neutral energy from natural sawdust and wood shavings. The production plants are very often found at large sawmills and joineries, where there is ample sawdust. For many years, Wirtech AG builds turnkey plants for the production of wood pellets. Our complete solution begins with the storage of the raw materials, embraces the retrieval from the silo, includes the metering, the compressing, the cooling, the aspiration, the conveyance, the weighing and finally the storage or filling in the final or intermediate storage containers. The central part of the plant is the flat pelleting die press of our business partner, Amandus Kahl. The productive capacity varies between 300 kg/h and 8000 kg/h per press and is individually tailored at your request.
